WORKOUT 18.1

Workout 18.1 has a 10 minute time cap to complete for time:

100m swimming

WORKOUT 18.2

18.2 is a 20 mins row for distance. It will have two parts; 18.2a and 18.2b and each part weights 50% on the total score of the workout 18.2. Part a is the distance you will cover in the first 4 mins and Part b is the distance you will cover in the total 20 mins.
There are no division variations in this workout.

Workout 18.3 has 8 minutes time cap to complete as many repetitions as possible of:

6 thrusters

18.4 has a 5 minute time cap to complete HEAVY ISABEL!
30 snatches for time. Any style of snatch is permitted.
