Cyprus Throwdown Qualifier Workout 18.3 has 8 minutes time cap to complete for time:
9 deadlifts
15 box overs
21 toes to bar

15 deadlifts

15 toes to bar

21 deadlifts
15 box overs
9 toes to bar

Your time to complete the workout will be your score. If you do not complete the workout within the 8 minute time cap, your total number of repetitions completed will be your score.
