Qualifier Workout 18.1

Qualifier Workout 18.1 has a 10 minute time cap to complete a buy in of 100 calories row for men and 80 for women, and the remaining time, as many repetitions as possible of 7 snatches and 14 wall ball shots.

Your score is the total number of snatches and wall ball shots completed within the 10 minute time cap. The scoring for this workout includes a tiebreak. The time to complete the buy in should be reported as a tiebreak time.
